1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using www.ezweddingz.com or our mobile apps (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Idyllic Events.
2. The service
EZWeddingz is an online marketplace that connects couples ("Customers") with wedding-venue owners and wedding-service providers ("Vendors"). We facilitate discovery, comparison, and booking. We are not a party to the contract between a Customer and a Vendor; the actual event service is delivered by the Vendor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Platform.
4. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate name, mobile, email, and event details.
Pay the booking amount and remaining balance per the Vendor's schedule.
Respect the Vendor's house rules (alcohol policy, decoration restrictions, check-in/out times).
Notify EZWeddingz and the Vendor of any change in event date or guest count as soon as possible.
5. Vendor responsibilities
List only properties/services they are legally authorised to offer.
Honour pricing, availability and policies displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.
Maintain valid GST/PAN documentation, and field-verification compliance.
Provide accurate descriptions, photos, capacity, and amenity information.
6. Payments & taxes
Payments are processed via our payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe). Booking amount is collected up-front to lock the date; balance is settled directly with the Vendor or via the Platform as per the chosen flow. All prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Each listing carries its own cancellation & refund policy as set by the Vendor (e.g., "Fully refundable up to 30 days"). Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. EZWeddingz acts only as a facilitator for refund processing.
8. Field verification
EZWeddingz field-verifies vendor premises, GST and bank details before listing approval. The "Field-Verified" badge is a quality signal, not a guarantee of vendor performance or event outcomes.
9. User-generated content
Reviews, ratings and photos uploaded by users grant EZWeddingz a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute and use that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Scrape, copy, or resell Platform content.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Submit false or misleading reviews.
Circumvent payment systems or contact Vendors directly to bypass Platform fees.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". EZWeddingz disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit or event-day issues caused by Vendor non-performance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 6 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idyllic Events, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
